Dan Lynch is the only fly fishing guide on what may be the best public bass lake in the world. Lake Fork, Texas, is located just 45 miles west of Dallas, and is home to the biggest largemouth bass in North America. Lake Fork has long been known as a premier destination, and Dan Lynch has started a fly fishing revolution on its fertile waters. He has developed a set of techniques which allow his clients to compete with the most successful gear fishermen, and to catch unbelievable numbers of giant black bass.

In the spring season, Dan throws his incredible crawdad patterns at the huge bass which enter the lily pad infested shallows. Sight fishing for bass that range from four to upward of ten pounds is an unforgettable experience that will likely result in the biggest bass of your life. When the water warms up, Dan employs his complex deep water techniques to catch fish as much as 20 feet below the surface. Dan uses a variety of line systems in his fishing, and Scott rods which range from a seven weight all the way to an 11-weight for stopping heavy fish in the lily pads and lifting bucketmouths from deepwater.

For a totally unique fly fishing trip, call Dan and set up some bass fishing. If you wish to fish in the spring, call him early, because casting to ten pound bass in two feet of water is something that serious fishermen book well in advance.
