ARC STEELHEAD & SALMON
ARC 1308/3
This is the first spey rod for many anglers. The 13' 8-weight is big enough to fish all small and mid sized rivers with floating and medium density sinking lines, but is a relatively light and easy rod to handle. We recommend a longer rod for serious sinking lines, because the extra length helps you pull the sunk line from the depths to begin the next cast. Many anglers own one light spey rod for summer fishing and one heavy spey rod for winter fishing. This is our most popular summer steelhead rod.
