This is our most popular fly rod in the Appalachian region, where thick underbrush surrounds countless small mountain streams. For short range dry fly casting, this is our most accurate and delicate fly rod. At only 6' 10", this rod works beneath the canopy of limbs and brush, and can drop your fly in the smallest holding water pockets. It's casting range is limited, but for short, tight casts, the G 703/3 has no equal.
