Like the G 753/3, this is a tremendous all around dry fly rod at short and medium casting distances. The G 754/3 offers more control with larger, wind resistant flies, and can even handle a small streamer. This is an ideal rod for fishing terrestrials and caddis when wade fishing a small or medium sized trout stream. Because it's relatively short, the G 754/3 responds quickly with a light touch, and is extremely effective in small pocket water.
