The SAS 906/5 is the big brother of the SAS 905/5. Both rods are new for our 2000 catalog, and both offer terrific advantages for backpackers and travelers. The SAS 906/5 is an excellent choice for nymphing and streamer fishing, and doubles as a perfect light bass rod. Bass and trout anglers alike will find the SAS 906/5 to be extremely powerful, perfect for longer casts with large flies and for belly boating. Trout anglers will appreciate the light feel. This is one six weight that's not too heavy for casting grasshoppers, stoneflies and other large dries.
