STS 904 is a super lightweight 4-weight that can cast and fish effectively from 20 to 75 feet. We specifically suggest this rod for windy conditions, drift boat fishing, float tubing, and fishing larger rivers where the angler requires a responsive fly rod to execute long, accurate dry fly casts without taking too many false casts. STS 904 is also a great general purpose dry fly rod for lake fishing.
