Scott STS 907/3

This rod offers the benefits of light line saltwater fishing while maintaining the power and wind efficiency of a true fast action fly rod. STS 907/3 casts very tight loops and has remarkable fishing range for a 7-weight. We still recommend an 8 or 9 for windy days or large flies, but when the wind lays down, this is an excellent all around choice. We specifically recommend the STS 907/3 for fishing in Belize, Mexico, and Christmas Island where small and medium sized bonefish are everywhere. STS 907/3 is also a wonderful redfish and sea trout rod, and doubles nicely for largemouth bass.
